Manufacturers Warranty

Our kid’s balance bikes come with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 30kgs for a 12″ bike, 50kgs for a 14″ bike & 100kgs for our 18″ bike, and 120kgs for a 24″ bike.

Resolving warranty issues is easy. Simply contact nicole@kidvelobikes.com.au and include the following information:

The Production Date and Batch number of your Bike if applicable.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging.

Please refrain from unpacking and/or assembling if there is a possibility of a return for personal reasons.

If we make a shipping error, such as the wrong colour, style, or size, we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Kidvelo’s part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.

The grandparents gifted this to my 21 months old boy for his birthday. He loved it from the moment he has seen it and would go to bed with the bike if allowed and doesn’t stop mentioning the bike.
He can touch well on the ground with his feet and the bike his really light, these two things gave him the confidence to ride it from the very first moment. He did a lot of progress in a couple of days, allowing him to balance himself independently even if you obviously still need to be nearby.
The bike is also very light and easy to transport for parents which is good because it’s likely parents will have to carry it at some point.
It looks like the bike allows for a good amount of growth and so we believe our boy will be able to use the bike for a good amount of time.
We are all very happy about the bike and highly recommend it.
