Manufacturers Warranty

Our kid’s balance bikes come with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 30kgs for a 12″ bike, 50kgs for a 14″ bike & 100kgs for our 18″ bike, and 120kgs for a 24″ bike.

Resolving warranty issues is easy. Simply contact nicole@kidvelobikes.com.au and include the following information:

The Production Date and Batch number of your Bike if applicable.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging.

Please refrain from unpacking and/or assembling if there is a possibility of a return for personal reasons.

If we make a shipping error, such as the wrong colour, style, or size, we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Kidvelo’s part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.

It is a lovely bright colour, I love that the seat is easily adjustable with no need for any tools. The best thing about it is that it is incredibly light, it is no issue at all to carry it when my daughter wants a break even though I have back issues. She absolutely loves it and is getting the hang of it straight away. The paint seems pretty chip resistant. It’s a really fun looking bike with seemingly good proportions
