For the bulk of our deliveries we use Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post. You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post or Sendle. The courier will NOT require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. i.e. Authority to Leave (ATL) is assumed.

Our boxes have pictures of bikes on them so if your bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

If you are sending to a business address please provide the business name as a reference for the driver.

All products are in stock unless otherwise stated next to the item online.

If you have not received an email from one of our carriers please check your junk mailbox as these emails sometimes end up here.

Manufacturers Warranty

Our kid’s balance bikes come with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 30kgs for a 12″ bike, 50kgs for a 14″ bike & 100kgs for our 18″ bike, and 120kgs for a 24″ bike.

Resolving warranty issues is easy. Simply contact nicole@kidvelobikes.com.au and include the following information:

  • Please explain the issue you’re experiencing with your Kidvelo product.
  • Attach a digital photo.
  • Complete shipping address.
  • Daytime phone number.
  • Email address.
  • The Production Date and Batch number of your Bike if applicable.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging.

Please refrain from unpacking and/or assembling if there is a possibility of a return for personal reasons.

If we make a shipping error, such as the wrong colour, style, or size, we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Kidvelo’s part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.

Returns Policy

Since we all share the goal of having your child happily riding a bike, we encourage you to call us as we might be able to resolve the issue without returning the product.

All of our kid’s bikes come with both a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 30 day 100% Love your Ride satisfaction guarantee.

We welcome feedback and will quickly respond to warranty issues. If you are not satisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us first at nicole@kidvelobikes.com.au

If you wish to return your bike please contact us with your proof of purchase and we will provide you with a Return Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in at Kings Park, Sydney, NSW 2148.

For the best fit, measure around the circumference of the head starting in the middle of the forehead.

  • XS/S: 51–54 cm
  • S/M: 53–57 cm
